Digital Product Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded the files, except as described below or where required by law.

You may request a refund only in limited circumstances: • You were charged in error, or a duplicate charge occurred • The file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from what was described on the product page • You were charged but never received access to the file Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds are not provided for: • Change of mind after purchase or download • Lack of suitable software to open or edit a file (file format and requirements are listed on the product page before purchase) • Purchasing the wrong product or license type • Failure to review the product description, included items, or license terms before purchase • Incompatibility with your organization’s specific systems or workflows • Partial use of a bundle (unused individual items within a bundle are not separately refundable)

If a file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a corrected file or, if we cannot, issue a refund for that product.

Bundles are sold as a single priced package. If a bundle is eligible for a refund under this policy, the refund applies to the bundle purchase price; individual items within a bundle are not refunded separately.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved directly and more quickly through our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of account and library access.

To request a refund, contact us with: • Your order number (found in your confirmation email and your Orders page) • The email used at checkout • A brief description of the issue We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within two business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract. Where mandatory refund rights apply, they override the limitations described here.
