Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product from Daion Health Creative Group, LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the terms below. You do not acquire ownership of the product, its content, or any underlying intellectual property. All intellectual property rights remain with Daion Health Creative Group, LLC or its licensors.

All products sold through this website are digital products delivered electronically. After a completed purchase, you receive secure access to your files on-screen, via email, and through your customer library. No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.

Because these are digital resources, nothing is physically mailed to you. Download links are made available immediately after purchase and remain accessible in your account library for future downloads.

You may use purchased digital resources for the purpose described on the product page, which may include personal study, internal organizational use, staff training, program development, and adapting templates for your own operations, subject to the license type purchased.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you may not: • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or rent the files • Share the files publicly or with individuals outside the scope of your license • Copy materials for unauthorized organizational use beyond the number of seats or users covered by your license • Remove branding, copyright notices, or ownership information • Present, represent, or market the content as your own original work • Use the resources to create a competing product or service for resale • Upload the files to another website, marketplace, or shared platform without written consent

The license that applies to a product depends on the license type selected at purchase: • Personal Use — for one individual’s own use and study • Commercial — permits use within a single organization for internal business operations • Extended Commercial — broader organizational use as described on the product page • Single-User — one named user only • Unlimited — broadest use within one organization, as described on the product page If a product page specifies a different or additional license term, that product-specific term controls.

Individual and organizational licensing requirements may differ. An individual (personal) license covers use by one person and is not intended to be shared across a team or organization. An organizational or commercial license is required when materials will be used by multiple staff, across departments, or distributed within an organization. When you purchase a bundle, each included product is licensed to you individually under the license terms applicable to that product. A bundle purchase grants access to every included product but does not change the per-product license restrictions described above.

All content — including text, graphics, templates, worksheets, forms, training materials, and downloadable files — is owned by or licensed to Daion Health Creative Group, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Your license continues for as long as you comply with these terms. If you violate the license, your right to use the product terminates automatically, and you must delete all copies in your possession. We may also revoke access for misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or fraud.

Digital resources are provided for educational, operational, and professional-development purposes. They are not legal, clinical, medical, compliance, or financial advice. Organizations are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials to meet their own licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and policy requirements before use.
